ERIC & JOHN

Eric has been teaching music theory, history, and composition at the university level for over 20 years. Additionally, he works professionally as a composer and pianist. His compositions have been performed and heard across the globe. However, his first musical love and great passion is heavy f'n metal, and he is extraordinarily excited to be able to spend his vanishingly small amount of free time sharing that love through this podcast.

John is a classically trained conductor, currently finishing up his DMA while working as a professional dance accompanist. Alas, John has essentially no background at all in heavy metal, and generously serves the role as "useful idiot" for the purposes of this podcast.
